James joined Adam Phones in 1997 when the company’s primary business was still focused
on the provision of short term mobile hire. As the company grew, so did the requirement
to provide clients with a comprehensive and dedicated customer support service.
In response, James became responsible for building then leading the customer services
division, as well as a range of resources and accessible help desk tools. The customer
support team now plays a central role in managing clients, charged with always proactively
reviewing and recommending the most appropriate solutions as the client's needs
evolve.
James constantly monitors the level and type of support Adam Phones'
clients demand – and deserve. This helps him and his team react promptly to any
issues and also provides key input into the development of additional services and
support.
