What line type is right for me?
Depending on the size and nature of your business, there are many ways you can choose
to connect and communicate with customers and colleagues. What's important is choosing
the one that best fits your needs.
The first priority to any business looking to change or upgrade its telecoms
system is to fully evaluate the existing and growing needs and communications challenges
of the business.
Types of line we can help install:
Single & Multi Line Analogue
A standard line that can be used for voice calls as well as to receive broadband
and fax transmissions. Additional or multiple lines can also be incorporated to
handle increased calls to the same number.
Point to Point Leased Lines
Usually a next stage solution from an analogue system, this is a single high-density
line with two 64K channels, each used as separate lines for voice, data or fax.
It is a first step up from analogue. An ISDN lines allows companies to assign separate
phone numbers for each user, via various devices connected to the circuit or through
a PBX telephone system. This is an ideal solution for the smaller operation, as
it requires just two incoming lines.
ISDN30 (Integrated Service Digital Network System)
This solution provides all the features as the ISDN2e but has an increased capacity
that supports between 8 and 30 lines, making it a better solution for a larger company.
