An Analogue line is a standard telephone line used for a multitude of services that
might include fax and broadband in addition to ancillary services such as Redcare.
Additional or multi-lines can be provided to handle increased calls to the same
number.
One ISDN2e circuit has two 64K channels or lines which can be used for voice or
data. ISDN2e circuits also allow you to assign separate telephone numbers (DDI's)
for each user or device making it suitable for smaller telephone and video conferencing
systems.
ISDN30e circuits provide all of the features of the ISDN2e with the advantage of
increased capacity. Between 8 and 30 channels or lines per circuit can be supported,
making it a suitable solution for larger companies. DDI (Direct Dial Inwards) numbers
can be provided in multiples of ten to support a larger estate of users and devices.
By combining the services of more than one Tier 1 provider, we also offer Adam Phones Call Continuity an invaluable, resilience service for clients intolerant of downtime.
