Research In Motion have released a new update for BlackBerry Desktop Manager for PCs; version 7.0.0.59. Amongst all the usual bug fixes, the main issue from the last version has been addressed, where users had problems in the final stages of synchronising.

Details of the changes, which are quite numerous can be found listed here. The two biggest changes in comparison to version 6 are:

• New simple layout for setting up and synchronising handsets to information on the PC
• Improved Media synchronization
