A variety of BlackBerry smartphone’s feature Bluetooth® wireless technology, which enables the use of hands-free calls, stream music wirelessly and transfer file data such as documents and photos to a compatible wireless receiving device.
Bluetooth wireless technology is often used in cars to assist with hands-free calls and can also provide additional feature such as streaming audio music from the BlackBerry smartphone.

Bluetooth can be enabled one of the following two ways:
- Using the Manage Connections application
- Using the Options menu
