Spend Alert

Spend Alert dramatically improves the visibility of exceptional and therefore potentially costly airtime consumption.

By continuously monitoring activity on lines and providing automated notifications by email when voice and data charges reach or exceed specified values, accelerated decision making enables clients to remain fully in control of their costs, as opposed to retrospectively implementing measures long after charges have been incurred.

Given the proliferation of data hungry smart phones and tablets, up to five separate limits per line can be set for voice, data and roaming.

Different values may also be set for individual users, groups or the same for an entire wireless estate, with emailed notifications sent to one or two contacts, typically including the user of the device itself.
