Should you wish to move your contract to or from Adam Phones you will require one of the 2 following codes:
You can switch by SMS if you only have one mobile number on your contract.
You will receive an SMS from us with the relevant information or code. If you requested a PAC or STAC for your line, please pass this to your new provider.
The code will be valid for 30 days and you will only be billed until the point that you transfer away from us.
If you have more than one number on your contract, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the PAC within 2 hours (office hours only).
If you are on a business tariff, please arrange for the authorised contact to email us at email@example.com or contact your account manager and we will provide your PAC / STAC within 2 working days.
