Commitment to our customers during Covid-19

As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak continuous to develop across the UK, our government has now announced new social distancing measures to help protect individuals from contracting the virus.

Here at Adam Phones, we are monitoring the developing situation closely and ensuring guidance provided by the UK Government, World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Health Service (NHS) are being followed appropriately.

Our Business Continuity Plan has been put in motion to ensure we minimise or mitigate entirely any impact of the pandemic to our customers, employees and partners. The principles of our plan are outlined below:

• To minimise the impact of a disaster to our customers, employees and partners to whom services are provided;
• To protect the information and assets of Adam Phones and its customers and partners respectively;
• To conform to applicable regulatory, governmental, and ethical business practices;
• To align and facilitate the Adam Phones operational, strategic and continuity business plans.
